Data we collect
We collect provider user IDs, email and display name, drafts, submissions, favorites, reports, rights-claim contact details and evidence, and security logs.
How we use it
We use data for identity, storage, rights declarations and evidence, report and claim handling, abuse prevention, service improvement, and legal compliance. Lyrics are not used to build advertising profiles.
Storage and access
Primary data is intended for Supabase’s Tokyo region. Rights evidence is private and limited to the appropriate claimant, contributor, and authorized administrators.
Service providers
We use Google and Apple for sign-in, Supabase for data, and OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure for delivery. A chart with a listening link displays an embedded YouTube or Spotify player; those providers may receive an IP address, device information, cookies, or similar data. Their applicable processing terms also apply.
Retention and account deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from My Page after signing in. Deletion removes your profile, uploaded charts, drafts, favorites, and personal information in your reports or claims, and ends sessions on every device. A minimal audit record may be retained without a direct account link only when reasonably required for law, rights decisions, or abuse prevention.
